Shipping Policy
Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more. No code needed. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
U.S. shipping rates
- Standard: $6.90 for orders up to 1 lb, $9.90 for 1-5 lb. Free on orders $50+.
- Economy: $4.90 for orders up to 5 lb, $19.90 for 5-70 lb.
Rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
International shipping
We ship worldwide via USPS and DHL Express. International rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
Once your order ships, delivery times are the carrier's estimate. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your package arrives damaged, email us at janetk656@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help sort it out.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us right away. We can't change an address once the order has shipped.
